Individual Therapy

In individual therapy you can explore your feelings, beliefs and/or behaviors.  You can identify areas of desired change, develop a better understanding of yourself and others. You can work through challenging life changes.

People seek therapy for a wide variety of reasons - coping with major life challenges, childhood trauma, experiencing depression, dealing with anxiety, grief and loss or simply desiring personal growth and greater self-knowledge.

Everyone goes through challenging situations in life, and while you may have successfully navigated through other difficulties you've faced, there's nothing wrong with seeking out extra support when you need it. Therapy provides long-lasting benefits and support, giving you the tools you need to avoid triggers, re-direct damaging patterns, and overcome whatever challenges you face.
